3. Terms of Service

The seller

This website is operated by Small Olive Company Ltd (Company No. 17139523, registered office Bank Gallery, 13 High Street, Kenilworth, CV8 1LY, UK) and Small Olive Company Inc. (5876 Michaux Street, Boca Raton, FL 33433, US), together trading as "Oliváki." The contracting party for your order ("the Seller") is determined by your delivery address: orders delivered within the UK are sold by Small Olive Company Ltd; orders delivered within the US are sold by Small Olive Company Inc.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in GBP for UK delivery addresses and USD for US delivery addresses, inclusive of applicable UK VAT or exclusive of US sales tax as shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to refuse or cancel an order for such reasons; where payment has been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it in full.

Product information

Oliváki is a natural agricultural product; appearance, colour, and flavour notes can vary batch to batch. We describe our oil accurately to the best of our knowledge but do not guarantee that colours shown on screen exactly match the product.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Oliváki name, logo, and brand materials, is owned by the Small Olive Company group of companies and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

Governing law

For orders delivered within the UK, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. For orders delivered within the US, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
