Where you ship from depends on where you are

Orders are dispatched from the country of delivery: UK orders ship from our UK facility via DPD; US orders ship from our US facility via our fulfilment partner. You do not need to select this — it is determined automatically by your delivery address.

UK orders

●      Dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre (Peterlee, County Durham) via Royal Mail Tracked or DPD

●      Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same working day

●      Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days depending on chosen service

●      Free delivery on non-trade orders over £40; a delivery charge applies below this threshold, shown at checkout. Trade and wholesale orders follow separate shipping terms agreed at account setup.

●      Tracking is provided by email once your order ships

●      Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man may carry an additional postage charge — we'll confirm this by email before dispatch if it applies to your order

US orders

●      Dispatched from our US fulfilment centre (Anaheim, California)

●      Orders placed before 12:00pm Pacific Time are dispatched the same working day

●      Estimated delivery: 4–5 business days

●      Free delivery on non-trade orders over $75; a delivery charge applies below this threshold, shown at checkout. Trade and wholesale orders follow separate shipping terms agreed at account setup.

●      Tracking is provided by email once your order ships

International orders

At present we ship only within the UK and the United States. If this changes, this section will be updated.

Delays and issues
