Oliváki, meaning “little olives” in Greek, is a premium extra virgin olive oil made from 100% Koroneiki olives grown on the sun-drenched hillsides above Patras in the western Peloponnese.
Harvested early while the olives are still vibrant green and full of natural goodness, they’re cold extracted within hours to preserve their fresh flavour, rich colour and naturally occurring polyphenols.
The result is a beautifully balanced olive oil with bright grassy notes, hints of wild herbs and tomato leaf, and a clean peppery finish that lingers on the palate.
At Small Olive Company, we work directly with carefully selected Greek growers who share our passion for exceptional olive oil, complete traceability and traditional production methods. Oliváki is the first bottle in that journey.
