It takes around twenty young green olives to produce a single spoonful of Oliváki. It is pure, simple, concentrated goodness.

Our extra virgin olive oil is made from the very first young olives of the season. We harvest them very early, before the olives are fully ripe, to preserve everything nature provides. The result is a fresh green oil, grown by one family, on one certified organic estate in Southern Greece. We believe it will redefine how you think about olive oil.

Oliváki is a fresh extra virgin olive oil with a natural green hue and a taste that is vibrant and alive with flavour.

Cultivated on a single, certified organic family estate in southern Greece, this well balanced oil is the result of generations of care and patience. This very early harvest oil is made from 100% Koroneiki olives and is cold extracted within hours of the fruit being harvested, resulting in a polyphenol rich, low acidity oil. Independently lab tested for purity and freshness.
