Working closely with a carefully selected independent grower in the heart of the Peloponnese, Greece, we’ve brought together a premium extra virgin olive oil that celebrates quality, provenance and craftsmanship. Cold extracted koroneiki olives within hours of harvest to preserve its natural character, Oliváki offers a beautifully balanced flavor with fresh, fruity notes and a smooth peppery finish.

We strongly believe exceptional olive oil is best in its natural unblended and fresh state so it’s bursting with flavour, healthy properties and even retains the vibrant green from the chlorophyll of the olive trees it comes from.
We work very closely with Greek families with generations of experience who produce outstanding oils on small organic farms. Our mission is to bring fantastic extra virgin olive oil from the hands that produce it to the tables of those who value it. That way the true value stays where it should: with the farmers and our customers.
Oliváki is made from Koroneiki olives grown single family-owned organic estate in the hills of southern Greece, reflecting generations of care, patience, and deep respect for the land qualities you can taste in every drop.
